Joanne M. Piasecki, Treasurer

Ms. Piasecki has over 25 years of financial management experience in the areas of treasury operations, budgeting and forecasting, internal reporting and analysis, and auditing.

At Olympus Power, Ms. Piasecki is responsible for cash and investment management, banker and investor relations, and loan administration. Ms. Piasecki also assists with insurance risk management and project financings.

Prior to joining Olympus Power, she was Treasury Manager for Olympus’ predecessor entity, Delta Power Company. Prior to Delta Power, Ms. Piasecki held various positions in the Treasury Department at United American Energy Corp. where her responsibilities included the development and management of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting systems, leading or participating in numerous process improvement teams, and the design of financial reports for use by management, investors, and banks.

Prior to that, Ms. Piasecki held various positions at GTE Corporation (n.k.a. Verizon), concentrating on the public utility sector for telephone operations.

Ms. Piasecki graduated from Ladycliff College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University with a dual concentration in Financial Management and Computer Information Systems.
