Phillip McCartin, Director of Tax and Risk Management

Mr. McCartin has over 22 years of experience in Partnership and Corporate Tax Planning and Tax Compliance. In addition he has over 22 years of Insurance Risk Management experience in the Independent Power Industry.

At Olympus, he is responsible for Tax Planning and structuring for new Acquisitions and Divestitures as well as Tax Compliance. In addition, he is responsible for managing the insurance program including annual renewals, administration and claims management.

Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. McCartin was the Director of Taxes and Risk Management for United American Energy an Independent Power Producer.

Mr. McCartin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University, an MBA in Finance from Iona College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
