Tammy Mikalouskas, HR Manager

Mrs. Mikalouskas is currently responsible for all human resource functions for Olympus Power and its affiliates. Her areas of responsibility include benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, recruitment and staffing, and HRIS as well as office administration.

Prior to joining Olympus Power, she was the Human Resource Manager for Olympus’s predecessor entity, Delta Power Company, where she was responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and coordination of policies, programs and daily operations within the human resources department. In addition, she partnered with its operating services management team to direct, administer and coordinate the activities of the organization's 300 employees.

Prior to Delta Power, Mrs. Mikalouskas worked within the human resource department for United American Energy.

Mrs. Mikalouskas was educated at Montclair State College and obtained her Professional in Human Resources Designation from SHRM. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Morris County SHRM Chapter.
