Olympus Power continues to look for business opportunities that can place the company in a position of leadership from the perspective of environmental stewardship. Olympus seeks to acquire and operate plants that are the vanguard of America’s new “green energy” wave, helping to maintain the planet's ecological balance. To this point, we emphasize renewable generation such as recycle wood burners or hydro plants, while continuing to pursue other types of electric generation that may not be classified as renewable but have high cycle efficiencies whereby reducing the adverse effect of carbon or other emissions; particularly via the use of gas fired cogeneration plants.
