The strategy employed by Olympus Power is to continuously seek out opportunities utilizing electric generation equipment that maximizes the efficient use of natural resources used in the process of electric production. As our domestic energy policy continues to evolve toward the use of cleaner fuels Olympus is responding to the demands of the electric consumer by seeking out opportunistic investments with an emphasis on renewable portfolios, including wind,  biomass and hydroelectric facilities. Olympus Power continues to look for business opportunities that can place the company in a position of leadership from the perspective of environmental stewardship. Olympus seeks to develop, acquire and operate plants that are the vanguard of America’s new “green energy” wave, helping to maintain the planet's ecological balance. To this point, we emphasize renewable generation such as biomass, wind and hydroelectric plants, while continuing to pursue other types of electric generation that may not be classified as renewable but have high cycle efficiencies and which reduce the adverse effect of carbon or other emissions; particularly via the use of gas-fired cogeneration technology.
