In March 1998 a special-purpose entity formed by Delta Power Company and Con Edision Development, Inc. acquired a 50% interest in the Ada Project (as both a general partner and a limited partner) from MCNIC Power Company. Delta Power Company purchased the remaining 50% from MCNIC Power Company in April 2000.
Delta Power transferred its interest to Olympus Power, LLC,
in December 2006. |
