An Olympus project company will typically contract with Olympus Power for the provision of asset management services. Those services include:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with all contractual obligations
• Legal advocacy
• Disbursement and distribution of funds as allowed under financing documents
• Administration of insurance programs
• Invoicing
• Scheduling and marketing of plant output
• Administration of transmission agreements
• Risk management and hedging analysis
• Accounting, record keeping and reporting
• Review of operating budgets
• Preparation of tax returns
